Does this prototype endoscope deflecting working channels allow transgastric cholecystectomy in pigs? Was the dissection of the gallbladder via the left-right channel enhanced with retraction via the up-down deflecting channel? Will the prototype make NOTES with current available instrumentation less cumbersome?
