Is the PAS-Port system associated with significant patient benefits compared with hand-sewn anastomoses? Will the device be able to replace hand-sewn sutures with automated proximal and distal anastomoses systems? Will the technique improve patient outcomes by shortening surgery times and hospital stays and reducing complications associated with aortic clamping?
