Will the out-licensing of the obesity-related patents permit Cyberonics to focus on achieving positive cash flow and profitability, and growing their core epilepsy business? Is Cyberonics successful with the FDA-approved device for patients with epilepsy and treatment-resistant depression? Can Ethicon Endo-Surgery use the device only in clinical trials at this point?
